Willow is a journalist, author, editor and also former model from the USA. She is a wife to Robert Allen Iger, the 6th and former boss of Disney. From 2017, Ms. Bay has worked as the Dean of USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, a position she rose to after serving as the Director of the same.

In her journalistic profession, Willow has served for the next media outlets; for the Bloomberg TV as a Special Correspondent and for the Huffington Post as a high ranked Editor.

Bay is married to the 6th and former boss of Walt Disney, Bob Iger officially known as Robert Allen Iger. Iger pulled off from his position as CEO of Disney on February 26th 2020 but still is the Chairman of the company until 2021. Bay and Iger have stayed in marriage since 1995 and they now two sons together. Iger was before married, yet again tied the knot in 1995 with Bay, and from that marriage two other children were born who are now Bay’s step-daughters, making it a family of four Iger children.

Before joining journalism, Bay walked on fashion runways as a model and was represented by the international modeling agency, Ford Models. In the years 1983 and 1989, She was a spokesperson for Estée Lauder cosmetics.

She suspended the fashion world and made up her mind to join journalism. First, she was an NBC correspondent on the Today’s Show.
