The western drama series, focusing on Laura Ingalls Wilder’s ‘Little House’ book series, followed a family that lived on a farm in Minnesota in the 1870s and 1880s. The show aired from 1974 until 1983 and featured Richard Bull, Katherine MacGregor, Dabbs Greer, Kevin Hagen, and Jonathan’s sister, Melissa Gilbert. Come 1979, the actor re praised his part of Willie Oleson in the made-for-television film ‘The Little House Years’. He as well acted Jimmy in Paul Aaron’s ‘Miracle Worker’, a biographical film pertaining the life of Helen Keller, a deaf-blind-mute author and lecturer, and Annie Sullivan’s efforts to educate her.
