Liza is a YouTuber, comedian, actress, actress and TV host from the USA. Her profession and entry into the limelight started when she got into the social networking video hosting platform, Vine, in 2013. After receiving the hang of it, she bagan her YouTube channel. With a growing profession, Koshy also started acting, when she had roles in such productions as Escape the Night, Boo! A Madea Halloween, Freakish and was a contributor to the series “Total Request Live” on MTV.

She is a producer and a celebrity in the YouTube comedy series “Liza on Demand,” since 2018. Also between 2018 and 2019, she was the host of Double Dare, a Nickelodeon game show. On YouTube, Koshy has over 17 million subscribers on her major channel while her two channels have garnered over 2.5 billion combined views.

She called herself “Lizzza” and by 2017 when Vine closed, she had 7 million followers. By then, she had already got to YouTube and by 2016, she had started earning her place on the platform. To support voter registration in 2016, just before the election, Koshy had a one on one interview with former President Barack Obama. In early 2018, Liza temporarily stopped posting videos on her major YouTube channel as she was a full-time actress and show host. In 2019, she started uploading new videos.

Come 2017, she received the title of “the fastest YouTube personality to reach 10 million subscribers”. Since then, she has become famous on many social media platforms: with over 2.9 million followers on Facebook, over 17 million followers on Instagram, over 11 million on TikTok, over 17 million subscribers on her major YouTube channel and more than 8 million subscribers on her number two YouTube channel, making her total social media following to 45 million followers by 2017.
